 Big hats off to the Entire New Gen Team! We were awarded a fast-track near impossible project from CBRE/Children’s Medical back in late May. The job was one of extreme importance to MAPP as it was for an old client we wanted to get back in with. It required a special team to get this one completed. Jim accepted the challenge like a seasoned pro to work with the superintendent and knock this project out. He quickly organized the project and hit the ground running full speed ahead. Being proactive on the front end, allowed for his shop production team and field crews to have all the necessary tools at their disposal. Jim was able to make quick adjustments when changes were thrown our way. He completed the job successfully with praise from the client. Fantastic work Jim! And Congratulations to

  As you know the building engineering department flagged a possible design flaw on the referenced project. The consulting engineer sent a rep out to review. When going through the issues with the building engineer your foreman, Harley Davidson, stepped in and represented New Generation Mechanical. I wanted to let you know Harley came up with a couple of suggestions and really represented your company well. He was thoughtful and listened well and spoke well when the time came. As I have come to expect from New Generation he became part of the solution as part of the team. 

 I’ve been meaning to email you for awhile now. Bert is probably one of the best plumbers I have ever been around. He lets you know what he wants, tells you his problems, communicates very well, and is constantly working. If everyone on my job had Bert’s work ethic, this job would have been finished a month ago. I hope you know how great of an asset Bert is, and I hope the next job NewGen does for me, Bert is my plumber. Its people like him that make me want to use the same sub over and over again. I hope after this job is over that you treat him and Alex to a nice lunch or dinner. They both deserve it!!! 

 I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I appreciate the excellent job you did on one of my recent projects. It is very difficult finding true professionals these days and I know there is no worry with you on board. Danny Garcia was exceptional also, hanging in there when difficulties arose and not giving up until the problems were solved.

As I am sure you can appreciate, the schedules and overall job challenges we face in the construction industry today are not getting any easier. It is vital that building owners and management firms have resources they can count on. One thing I have found to be true throughout my career in commercial construction is that companies are their people and the best will always have work. This is the reason I will continue to recommend you and New Generation as the top provider of plumbing services on my projects.

I’m writing this email in regards to Jim Cano and New Generation on the jobs they have performed on my Projects.

Jim Cano has been the best rep of any company I have dealt with in the construction business. He has answered my call in the late hours of the night and always been helpful with all questions I have asked him. He is always on top of the issues on my jobs and it shows exactly how customer satisfaction driven he is. The Team he surrounds himself with is just as great. Tommy and Randy are tremendous assets to New Generation. Tommy has constantly gone beyond the expectations on my jobs and that includes all of his team also.

I know sometimes emails and letters can’t say enough, but I really am thankful that New Generation has partnered with Odom and that we can do GREAT WORK TOGETHER for a long time.
