New Generation is a lifesaver! Its starts with Lynette when you first call in.  She is just great. She always goes out of her way to find someone to help you. Tim is the best plumber ever.  He explains the situation to me where I understand it and it actually doesn't sound as much trouble as it may be. He may not think so since he has to do the work. When Tim shows up, I know its going to be fixed right. Kyle and Jason are great guys. Everyone is always so nice and they go out of their way to do what they need to do to get the job done. Thanks New Generation!! 

I would like to thank Brian and all the guys at New Generation for their help in the past year. The guys that work at New Generation are all in a very professional class. New Generation has a group of  people that are great to deal with. Their service guys all explain what it takes to repair a problem and their work is done on time and they keep you in the loop if other problems come up. One thing I like about the people at New Generation is their word, if they tell you something, you can count on it. Brian and the service people that come to our company are very professional, very good to work with and up front with all matters.
